- Quiver – iPad App. There is a free version available where you download the activity sheets you want to use – many free ones available which would probably be enough. There is also a paid for education version – all activity sheets are included, but check first to see if you would use them. Recent free addition is PowerRangers, very popular with children at the moment! Lots of opportunity here for creative writing prompts.
Turtle Academy – http://turtleacademy.com – good all round free online tool to get pupils using textual programming. Lessons are included for older pupils to follow.
Scratch Online – now has the ability to set up teacher accounts so that you can have a classs group and each pupil will have their own login – https://scratch.mit.edu/educators/#teacher-accounts
